The REACH Program is proud to be a part of the Christina School District, where we are committed to educating every student for excellence.  

Empowering and enriching our students to REACH their full potential, gain independence and live productive lives within the community.

The Christina School District REACH Program is dedicated to delivering a high-quality education for students aged 2½ to 21 with moderate to severe intellectual disabilities. Our specialized program is thoughtfully designed and implemented across 18 classrooms in 12 schools throughout the Christina School District, ensuring that every learner receives the support they need to thrive.

At REACH, we empower not just students, but also our staff and families, REACH engages learners through dynamic, multi-sensory activities that seamlessly integrate applied academics, daily living skills, and vocational training.

Mission Statement 
To support students, staff and parents by using multi-sensory engaging activities and applied academics, daily living and vocational skills providing opportunities to develop effective communication skills offering support to families while building partnerships within the community.

What Sets Us Apart

To help students succeed in real life, educational, and vocational situations, they are assigned to age-appropriate classrooms and/or vocational settings. The classroom programs are an integral part of the total school community, involving a high degree of interaction with age-appropriate peers.
